While You Are Away Home Services, Inc. is  a professional home watching service which is locally owned and operated in Palm Beach County, Florida. We offer vital care for your home while you are away. If you have a second home, a home for sale, or you are on vacation, feel secure knowing that we are protecting your investment. If your home is empty for any reason or for any amount of time, we are available to meet your needs.

We have many years of experience in the construction and real property management industries. You can feel confident knowing that experienced professionals are watching and serving your home. Also available are concierge, secretarial and bookkeeping services.
For small jobs, we have an on-call handyman service available. For larger projects, we have a large resource of reliable contractors and vendors that we can recommend. At your request, we can supervise any on-going projects that might take place during your absence, and lock up after the work is done. We'll provide you with photos and a report.
We can be available to receive packages, mail, and deliveries or to arrange shipment of items that you might need to send off.
Your potted plants don't need to suffer while you are away. As needed, we can water your inside house plants or your exterior potted plants on a weekly basis.
Part of our concierge services includes stocking your pantry or refrigerator for your return. We will run necessary errands prior to your arrival. Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to get the house ready for you. We can also arrange catering services for functions you might have.
We can even shop for items you might need seasonally or for your visits. You can trust us to purchase with discernment, the items that you might require but are not able to obtain yourself. 
When a hurricane approaches, you will have peace of mind knowing that we are there to close up your accordion or roll-up shutters to safeguard and "hurricane-proof" your home. We will also open them up after the storm passes in compliance with community HOA requirements.
Our special services include providing your needs for a bookkeeper, or for secretarial services. We will also arrange a pick up for you from the airport. We'll turn on the hot water before your return. We can schedule repairs that are needed and meet the technician at your home for services. We can start your car and run it per your request.
Arrive back home as if you never left. We'll organize housekeeping services to clean and freshen upon your departure and/or your return. And all to your specifications - as you like it.
