Houses Condominiums
       One Visit per month  $40.00$30.00
Two Visits per month $50.00$40.00
Three Visits per month       $60.00$50.00
Four Visits per month       $75.00$60.00

*Contract periods are for either 3, 6 or 12 months
Prices are based on homes up to 2,500 sq. ft.  Larger homes may require additional charges

Our Standard Plan Includes the Following Services:

Exterior
  • Security inspection of premises 
  • Check for visible signs of forced entry around doors and windows   
  • Check that home services (i.e. lawn, pool and repairs) are being performed satisfactorily          
  • Check for any visible signs of rodent and insect infestation        
  • Start and run motor vehicles      
  • Shut off and turn on main water to home    
              

      Interior
  • Bring mail and packages indoors
  • Check for any rain damage around doors, windows and ceilings
  • Check for plumbing leaks in the bathroom and kitchen
  • Flush toilets and run the water in sinks
  • Check for any visible signs of rodent and insect infestations
  • Water plants
  • Check for signs of mold and mildew
  • Check to ensure appliances are operating efficiently

Emergency Service

When a crisis occurs, such as our summer storms (also known as hurricanes) you will have peace of mind
knowing that we are there to close up your accordion or roll-up shutters to safeguard and "hurricane-proof" your home.

We can also organize and supervise emergency repairs post-storm. We'll re-open shutters and lock up
afterwards to return your property per Community HOA requirements.
